SKY Enterprise supports more than a thousand vulnerable and marginalized people each year in communities across Canada. With over seven years of service, we provide practical assistance for children and families, shelter for people experiencing homelessness, and rehabilitation for those who have lost control of their lives due to addiction.

We do not discriminate in the delivery of our community and social services. Assistance is provided solely based on need and our capacity to help—regardless of race, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, or religion. We uphold the dignity of all people, we believe everyone is equal, and firmly oppose any form of mistreatment.

Our hiring process also reflects these principles. SKY Enterprise respects the non-discrimination policies outlined in the Canadian Human Rights Codes and complies with all relevant employment laws, including providing domestic partner benefits where applicable.

Through our program, we offer intensive, individualized support to help participants achieve both short- and long-term goals. This approach, designed specifically for SKY Enterprise, is adaptable across multiple service contexts. Rooted in our integrated mission, it leverages partnership and intentional care to build and transform communities. With dedication, SKY Enterprise enables us to increase our impact using existing resources.

We take all allegations of discrimination very seriously. If you are aware of a situation where someone has been targeted unfairly, please report it immediately, as such actions are contrary to our mission to “share the love of Jesus Christ, meet human needs, and be a transforming influence in the communities of our world.
